Sunburst - Taking a Breather
by Marcia Minnichhofer on 05/22/17It would be a good idea to let this painting sit for a week and revisit it with fresh eyes. I am beginning to fiddle with it. In the meantime, I am going to start my last plumeria painting for the 2018 calendar. It will be a complicated one of the plumeria variety, Kauka Wilder.
I also have a 5-day watercolor painting workshop which begins on the 24th. The instructor is Lian Zhen and I happen to have two of his instructional books and have watched his videos so am pretty excited to have been invited by a local painting group to join this workshop. It will be good to learn exercises to paint loosely.
