Magnolia Sketch

The next watercolor painting of a single white Southern magnolia will be 16x20." I plan to paint the petals loosely and then go in with tight detail for the center and bee. This sketch will be transferred to the watercolor paper and masking fluid will be applied over the center portion so that I can feel free to move the paint around the petals.

(The Kauka Wilder Plumeria Painting is still drying. I took the salt off. It delayed the drying time.)
